Be You 360 Zumba & Yoga

Be You 360 was founded in 2021 by founder, Sara Barreiro Diaz (RYT-200) and co-founder, Julie Gomez (CICI). Their mission is to build a community of diverse and like-minded individuals that would like to dive deeper into their mental health, and be in the best shape of their lives no matter at what age.
Be You 360 offers both in-person (studio) and online classes (zoom) 6-Days a week with over 36 classes a month of 4 styles of yoga including Yin, Hatha, Power Yoga w/ Weights, and Vinyasa Flow, Zumba Fit and Indoor Cycling classes.
Be You 360 is located at the studio inside the Miami Springs Aquatic Center and offers all of the props needed for first time members.
