The Miami Springs City Council approved the upcoming 2026-2027 fiscal budget of $34,258,139. The Council approved the budget while retaining the millage rate flat at 6.8100. That means the percentage you pay for taxes will not go up. However, you may still pay more taxes due to the increase in value of your property.
