Your Miami Springs Senior High Golden Hawks Football Team is now 3-2 for the season after losing to the Booker T. Washington Tornados. The game was originally scheduled for last week, but it was postponed to this week as Miami-Dade County was under a Tropical Storm Warning and Miami-Dade County Public Schools canceled all after school activities last Thursday.
The Hawks weren’t soaring early this week as they were grounded by the Tornados by a score of 62-7. Yeah…ouch.
The good news is that the Golden Hawks still have a winning record at 3-2. Plus, they have an opportunity to improve that record as they face Ransom Everglades this Friday at 7pm.
