The property located on 45 Curtiss Parkway was listed for sale for $1,000,000. The final sale price was not yet disclosed or available on the Miami-Dade Property Search database. The new buyer’s identity has also not yet been disclosed. We cannot confirm at this point if the buyers are the same group that purchased the adjacent former theater property that is slated to be turned into an apartment complex.
