In September 2024, Miami Springs Police Department arrested Lucas Mercado on multiple charges, including possession of a fake driver’s license, cocaine, GHB, and crystal meth.
Today, Mercado has been found guilty and faces a mandatory minimum sentence of seven years. Miami Springs remains committed to its zero-tolerance stance on crime.
