In a recent incident, Marcos De La Rosa was allegedly apprehended for the alleged theft of mail within a residential area. Law enforcement discovered him in possession of multiple pieces of mail belonging to residents in the 500 block of South Drive.
Moreover, De La Rosa was allegedly found with additional items, including a blank check, a Bank of America debit card, and a Social Security card, purportedly belonging to three other victims.
