Miami Springs Apartment Faces Foreclosure

According to the South Florida Business Journal, Great Florida Bank has filed a foreclosure lawsuit against Miami Springs Golf Villas and President Anthony Davide based on a $5 million mortgage that refinanced the project last year.

The apartment complex in question is located at 749 Curtiss Parkway next to the Miami Springs Golf Course.
