The Monroe County Sheriff department announced the arrest of Ming Horng Yin, 52, of Miami Springs. According to the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office, Yin was arrested for possession of a Goliath Grouper. The Goliath Grouper is a protected species.
The fish was successfully returned to the water alive.
