As reported earlier today, 4 MSSH students were struck by an out of control SUV, as they were walking home along West 4th Avenue in Hialeah. Channel 7 News is reporting in its broadcast this evening that one of the 4 students has passed away.
According to published reports, the driver of the SUV suffered a medical condition and lost control of the vehicle. The vehicle struck the 4 Miami Springs Senior High students, several parked cars, and finally came to a stop next to a duplex along 9th street in Hialeah.
Our prayers are with the friends and family of these young victims.
