According to the report, the Miami Springs man was identified as Ricardo Martinez. Martinez apparently chose to take the lump sum payment of nearly $1.2 Million.
However, the ticket was not purchased in Miami Springs. The ticket was purchased, according to the report, at 10720 West Flagler Street in Sweetwater.
