As we had indicated earlier today, the National Weather Service had lifted the Tropical Storm Watch for Miami-Dade County. Without the risk of Tropical Storm winds in Miami-Dade County, Miami-Dade County Public Schools announced that schools will be open on Thursday.
We know thousands of kids won’t be happy to hear this news. On the bright side, schools will be closed on Friday for Veterans’ Day. Enjoy your three day weekend.
