According to a report by WPLG Local 10, Miami Springs Police assisted in the response to a deadly shooting at the Booby Trap early last Saturday. According to the reports, the shooting occurred in the parking lot of the strip club located about a quarter mile east from the boundary of Miami Springs along South River Drive.
According to the local reports, two men were found with gunshot wounds. One of the men was pronounced dead upon arrival to Jackson Hospital.
While the Booby Trap is NOT located within Miami Springs’ borders, it is not uncommon for police agencies to provide assistance in emergency situations when officers are available and within close proximity.
