After much speculation on social media as to what would be replacing the former Miami Subs Grill, we’re not getting a Chik-Fil-A. We’re not getting new apartments. We’re getting a Talkin’ Tacos.
What is Talkin’ Tacos?
Talkin’ Tacos is the story of a group of guys who started a South Florida Food Truck business and then turned it into a multi-million dollar franchise with 22 locations.
Now Talkin’ Tacos has locations in Miramar, Brickell, Wynwood, Wellington, Coral Springs, Doral, Jacksonville Beach, Pembroke Pines, North Miami, and coming soon…Miami Springs.
It’s not sure when Talkin’ Tacos will be opening, but we expect it to be operational sometime in early 2026. As you can see, there’s still a lot of construction going on.
