Video captured by “Only in Dade” showed good Samaritans swimming in the Miami Canal assisting an elderly man who apparently drove his car into the canal. The incident appeared to take place near Canal Street.
Thank you to the Good Samaritans for jumping in to assist the elderly man and ensuring no one else was in the vehicle.
