Andre Christian Lopez was arrested Thursday and charged with kidnapping, battery, and fleeing and eluding police with lights and sirens.
According to WPLG Local 10, the incident occurred on the 3900 block of NW South River Drive at the very eastern edge of Miami Springs Thursday morning.
The incident was caught on camera. In the video, you can see the man chase after the woman in the car, grab her, hit her, kick her, and smash her head against the side of the car. You can see the video yourself below. Warning: The video shows domestic violence on a woman and is difficult to watch.
