The Miami Springs Police Department held a block watch meeting at the Miami Springs Senior Center on Wednesday, July 29th.
The new Police Chief, Albert Sandoval, and the new Deputy Chief, Albert Vargas, were introduced along with Lieutenant Robert Castillo.
Among the topics discussed was the police department’s collaboration with code enforcement, speeding, and the school zone cameras which will once again be active when the school year begins on August 13th.
