The Miami Springs Woman’s Club posted the following on social media:

Our ā€˜Meet the Candidatesā€™ forum was held Monday eveningļæ¼ at the GFWC Miami Springs Womanā€™s Club. All candidates were in attendance and met with individuals and families from the community who came out to be part of the social distancing meet and greet. The community also had an opportunity to register to be a voter, or pick up an application for a mail in ballot. Refreshments were available, and a display on the 100 years of womenā€™s ā€˜suffrageā€™ to win the right to voteļæ¼ was available. Several club members wore the historical purple and gold banner celebrating women winning the right to voteļæ¼. We would like to thank each of our candidates for stepping forward to serve our community, and for being available to meet with the public on Monday evening. Best wishes to all! ļæ¼”
