We are sad to report the passing of former Miami Springs City Councilmember, Jim Caudle. Jim was one of the nicest, most polite, and most down to earth people to serve on council.
He was a genuinely nice person who enjoyed practicing “sidewalk diplomacy” as a way to discuss and solve local issues. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the Jim Caudle family. He will be sorely missed.
