Former Miami Springs Public Works Director, Robert T. Williams, is accused of sexual harassment in a lawsuit filed by his former administrator, Carolyn Howard. Williams suddenly resigned his post in May after more than 2 decades with the city. Howard has included the City of Miami Springs in her lawsuit.
