Your defending Florida State high school baseball champions have made it back to the State Semifinals!
The Hawks faced Gulliver Prep this weekend. The first game was Friday where the Hawks took the first game in the best of three series with a 12-7 victory.
Game 2, Gulliver Prep made a massive comeback, shutting out the Hawks in a 10-0 victory.
It game down to the final game. Game 3. That’s where the Hawks showed why they are the defending champions and won the game by a score of 7-2.
Now, the Miami Springs Senior High Golden Hawks Baseball Team are returning to the state semi-finals. Game 1 is at the Lee Health Sports Complex in Fort Myers on May 13th at 7pm.
