The man who was caught on camera at the Canal Street vape shop, allegedly attempting to rape the female clerk, has been arrested. According to local media reports, Tyrone Armbrister turned himself in to Miami Springs Police.
Armbrister spoke to local media where he claims he turned himself in “to make it right…I made a mistake and the best thing I can do is make it right.”
Armbrister looked noticeably different with a fresh shave and hair cut. The well spoken suspect claimed he was under the influence of alcohol.

The suspect was charged with Attempted Sexual Battery without serious personal injury, False Imprisonment, and Burglary with Assault or Battery.
