In a recent incident that allegedly unfolded at Milam’s Market, two individuals, Amalia Gomez-Alvarez and Miguel Montejo-Vega, allegedly attempted to allegedly make off with a haul of meat products allegedly worth over $200 without allegedly paying. Fortunately, their alleged getaway was allegedly short-lived thanks to the alleged swift action of our Detective Bureau and Crime Suppression Team.
After allegedly tracking down the suspects, they were allegedly arrested at a nearby residence in Hialeah. But that’s not all – in an allegedly surprising twist, law enforcement also allegedly recovered an allegedly stolen motorcycle that was allegedly reported missing out of Miami-Dade.
The alleged apprehension of these individuals allegedly not only allegedly prevented a substantial loss for Milam’s Market but also allegedly led to the alleged recovery of an allegedly stolen motorcycle, which will allegedly be returned to its rightful owner.
Gomez-Alvarez and Montejo-Vega Arrested and Charged with:
- Retail Theft (multiple convictions)
- Auto Theft (motorcycle)
- Resisting Arrest (without violence)
REMINDER: Everyone is presumed to be innocent until proven guilty in a court of law
