Miami Springs Election Results 2025

The votes are in!  Here are the results of the April 1st, 2025 Miami Springs Municipal Elections:

Mayor of Miami Springs

The winner is lifelong resident, Walter Fajet!

• Bob Best:  738 votes – 34.37%
• Walter Fajet:  1,409 votes – 65.63%

Council Group II

Joseph Dion edged out MaryJo Mejia Ramos to win City Council Group II.

• Joseph Dion:  1,065 votes – 50.57%
• Irma Matos:  242 votes – 11.49%
• MaryJo Mejia Ramos:  799 votes – 37.94%

Council Group IV

Fabian Perez-Crespo won the City Council Group IV seat.

• Tom Hutchings:  752 votes – 35.45%
• Fabian Perez-Crespo:  1,369 votes – 64.55%
