It is with great sadness that I share with you the passing of Lili Martinez, who tirelessly served on the Board for the Miami Springs Historical Society and Museum. Lili was a vital member of the community playing a key and instrumental role in bringing the Museum to its current home in Stafford Park on East drive. Lili also oversaw the management of funds for the Geiger Monument renovation and brought many a Tour of Homes to life during her role on the Board of the Society. Lili is survived by her mother Carmen Dip, her loving husband Ralph Martinez and beautiful children Laura Durr(Eric), Danny Martinez (Dani) and step daughter Monica along with many grandchildren. The services to remember Lili will be held on August 10th at Vista in Miami Lakes. Please join us.
