According to an article by Theo Karantsalis and published in the Miami Herald, the new Miami Springs Pool construction has reportedly hit a snag with Miami-Dade`s Department of Environmental Resources (DERM). According to the report, the county disapproved the current permit for failing to list a variety of items including, but not limited to: “a hazardous materials inventory that existed at the entire property prior to March 13, 1981 ”
