The newly renovated Curtiss Mansion apparently needs a new renovation.
According to an article written by Allie Conti and Theo Karantsalis and published by the Miami New Times, the roof is already “falling apart.” The wooden beams used to support the roof were not up to specifications and ” the building could collapse again entirely if they are not replaced.”
