River Cities Rotary has dedicated two memorial benches in Miami Springs to honor the lives and service of Tom Webb and Hazel Riser, whose contributions left a lasting mark on both the club and the community.
Tom Webb, a Rotary Hall of Famer, was remembered for his leadership and commitment to Rotary’s mission of Service Above Self. Hazel Riser was recognized for her generous support of Rotary projects and her dedication to helping others.
The memorial benches are located at 525 Westward Drive for Tom Webb and between the 700 and 800 blocks of Westward Drive for Hazel Riser, offering community members a place to reflect and remember their legacy.
