Come join your fellow South Floridians for the Annual Circle of Hope Foundations Turkey Bowl Showdown. The Turkey Bowl Showdown is a great way to give back to our community this holiday season while having a fun time with friends and family. In order to help support the Family Resource Center of South Florida, each player MUST bring at least ONE unwrapped toy and a non-perishable food item. For those late shoppers who cant mak…e it to the store before the game, a minimum donation of $20.00 will be accepted as well.
The Turkey Bowl is a highly orchestrated “show” and brings with it the pageantry and she-nanigans of the 3 stooges and professional wrestling. We DONT worry about being too competitive, BUT smack talk is encouraged. Remember, we are here to have fun and provide for the less fortunate. Family members are encouraged to come cheer us on.
FORMAT:
Teams must have 6 players, two women playing at all times, otherwise teams must play w/ 2 men down

There will be Play-offs for 1st, 2nd, 3rd place

Teams must be Registered by 11/20, walk-ons permitted as space allows and entry fee is received and walk-on can find a team to join

Thats right folks; this years Big Game takes place in Miami Springs, FL. Join us, on Thanksgiving day at 9:00 a.m. at Stafford Park, 501 East Drive, Miami Springs, FL for some pig-skin, a little rough housing and an all-around good time.
Did you know that children who have been abused by their parents are usually removed from their homes with little more than the clothing on their backs? Imagine how devastating it is to lose everything in a moments notice. Each year Family Resource Center of South Florida cares for 1,000 of these foster children. They provide clothing, dia-pers, car seats, holiday gifts and food to the kids and generous foster families who have opened their homes and hearts. Please help save an abused and neglected child in need today. Thank you for your love and support. Every donation helps in a huge way!
Family Resource Center of South Florida champions the rights of children to grow up in a healthy and safe environment. Founded in 1978 by a group of concerned citizens, its mission is to help prevent and treat child abuse and neglect through the strengthening of families. For more information visit www.frcflorida.org
