Former Councilman, Zavier Garcia, officially announced his anticipated run for Mayor of Miami Springs.

Dear Friends,
For me, public service has always been a calling. So After munch encouragement from my family and other residents throughout the City of Miami Springs and after thoughtful consideration, I have decided to run for Mayor of the City of Miami Springs in the upcoming elections to be held on April 5th, 2011. Over the years I have had the privilege of working side-by-side with some of our communitys foremost leaders as Miami Springs Councilman (2005-2009) and as a volunteer for several community groups and organizations, and now I look forward to taking everything I have learned and applying it to be the best Mayor of Beautiful Miami Springs that I can be.
