Stafford Killer sentenced to 25 Years

The Miami Springs Police has only lost one police officer in the line of duty. That was police officer Charles Stafford in July of 1991. Twenty years later, his killer was sentenced to an additional 25 years in prison after appealing his 1994 conviction. Read more at NBC Miami.
