We are so grateful to live in such a giving community. Our local schools worked with students, teachers, parents, and staff to put together Thanksgiving packages for needy family.
For example, Miami Springs Senior High Golden Hawks worked this week to prepare 43 Thanksgiving baskets for needy families within their community. This gift will help these needy families enjoy a much needed Thanksgiving dinner.
This generosity was possible thanks to the hard work and donations from Miami Springs Senior High students, staff, the MSSH PTSA, and Miami-Dade Commissioner, Rebeca Sosa. Thank you to all who participated in this effort.
Even during difficult times, Golden Hawks stepped up by creating 43 Thanksgiving baskets so that needy families in our community can sit around a meal and give thanks for their many blessings. Thank you students, staff, @msshptsa, @RebeccaSosaMiami for your generosity. pic.twitter.com/WmJwPeW7vD
