In a routine traffic stop, Hernandez found herself facing a cascade of legal consequences. Initially pulled over for multiple window tint violations, the situation escalated as law enforcement officers discovered unsettling evidence. As Hernandez reached into her purse in search of her license, an officer’s trained eye noticed two clear baggies containing a suspicious white powdery substance—later identified as MDMA residue.
