Blessed Trinity Catholic Church did an amazing job this past weekend bringing the greater community together for a weekend full of fun, friends, family, and faith.
The four day Parish Festival kicked off on Thursday just after a little cold front came through to get rid of the heat and humidity that marked early December. That meant the weather was great with cooler temps and mostly dry weather.

The big draw for the kids / youth is always the carnival rides. There were rides for the kiddies and rides for teens. From bumper cars to ferris wheels to gravity defying and vomit inducing rides…there was something for everybody.

And there was food…Lots and lots of food. We have to admit that we were particular fans of the “pan con lechon” accompanied by an adult beverage. And it all smelled so good.

We want to call out Father Mathias Hualpa who was working hard all weekend. You can see him above working the grill for festival goers.

Not to be outdone, Father Attila Frohlich, was busy working the ticket booth. He gracefully took a moment to take a picture with Mr. and Mrs. Claus before they headed back to the North Pole.

We want to take a moment to thank the countless volunteers who prepare in advance with months of planning to make the Blessed Trinity Parish Festival a reality. Kudos to all the folks who gave up their talent, their time, and their treasure to make the Blessed Trinity Parish Festival a rousing success.
God bless you all and may God bless our beautiful Miami Springs and Virginia Gardens community.
Merry Christmas!
