Now you can see the construction of the new pool with your own eyes. Total construction cost: $5 MILLION.
According to the real estate website, Zillow.com, the average home value estimate (houses and apartments) in Miami Springs is $378,900 or valued 20% higher than nearby Doral. According to Zillow, Doral has an average home value of $317,000. Coral Gables, by comparison, has an average home value of $760,100.
