The Miami Springs Marlins 7U are asking for community support after earning the opportunity to participate in a Fourth of July parade celebrating their remarkable championship season.

What makes the team’s accomplishment even more impressive is where they started. The Marlins entered the season as the youngest team in the league, featuring four 5-year-olds and two players who were completely new to baseball. Through hard work, dedicated coaching, supportive families, and the determination of the players, the team developed throughout the season and captured the 2026 7U Championship.
As a result of their success, the team has been invited to take part in the Fourth of July Parade and hopes to build and decorate a float honoring the players and the community that helped them achieve their goals. A GoFundMe campaign has been launched to help cover the costs of materials and supplies.
The team is also seeking donations of decorations, materials, trailer access, and creative ideas to make the float a memorable experience for the young champions. Supporters are encouraged to contribute and help create a lasting memory for these players as they celebrate an unforgettable season.
