Miami Springs Senior High held its annual car show last Saturday. It’s a great venue. Plenty of parking for beautiful cars. Plenty of parking across the street for car enthusiasts.
Let’s take a tour and walk through some of our favorite cars like this “Little Red Corvette” with a drop top.
We loved this MG Convertible as a fun two seat convertible (albeit occupied by 3).
No. It’s not a Mustang. It’s not a Camaro or Firebird. It’s not a Challenger or Barracuda. This is a rare American made AMC AMX Muscle Car.
If you prefer Italian exotics, this fine Ferrari friend from Maranello might be your flavor.
This ’50s ear two door American sedan is older than the school behind it, but still looks amazing. We love the chrome accents, two tone color combination, and white wheels on the classic boulevard cruiser.
If you’re a car lover, it was a fun place to be and enjoy some of the cool cars from yesteryear.
Was this the biggest car show in Miami Springs?
No. The July 4th Car Show draws a much bigger audience.
However, there’s something to the Miami Springs Senior High campus that makes it perfect for a car show. While the Curtiss Mansion may have a nicer back drop for a car show, MSSH simply has a bigger parking lot to accommodate exotic car owners that work hard to make their cars beautiful and don’t want to see their precious valuables being parked on the grass.
