The City of Miami Springs published the bids from 6 companies ranging from $4,371,213 from West Construction`s base bid to $6,000,261 for Link Construction`s Base Bid + Alternatives. The City will have a meeting on Monday, January 12th, to discuss action on the bids.
The 6 companies that bid on the project were: ABC Construction, Link Construction Group, Lunacon Construction Group, Recreational Design and Construction, TGSV Enterprises and West Construction.
The lowest base bidders were West Construction and Lunacon Construction Group with $4.371mm and $4.407mm respectively. With the Base Bid + Alternatives, the lowest bidders were West Construction at $4.798mm and Lunacon Construction Group at $4.852mm.
The next council meeting is Monday, January 12th at 7pm.
