The new apartment complex being built in downtown Miami Springs known as the “Miami Springs Town Center” has released some of the starting rental rates for their apartments.
The apartment complex will add 51 residential units to downtown Miami Springs. The apartments range in size from 950 to 1,050 square feet offering either a two bedroom, two bath apartment or a three bedroom, two bath apartment. The rental rates for the two bedroom apartments start at $2,495. It’s also advertised to include one parking space per unit and, of course, street parking. (Shocker!)
COMPARING RATES
We shared some of the rising rental rates advertised at the new Shoma Village apartments on Hialeah Drive, just a few blocks from Miami Springs. The 2 bedroom apartments at Shoma Village are advertised to be a little larger than the 2 bedroom apartments at the Miami Springs Town Center. Shoma 2 bed apartments start at 1,026 sq ft. The Miami Springs Town Center Apartments start at 950 sq ft. However, the rates to rent in Miami Springs will start at $2,495 compared to $2,200 at Shoma Village. That’s about $300 more per month to be in Miami Springs. Of course, we think it’s worth it to pay more to live within our beautiful and tranquil Miami Springs.
We reached out to Miami Springs Town Center to get input on their rates for the 3 bedroom apartments, but they have yet to respond to our inquiries.
