Daylight savings time officially ends this Sunday, November 3rd at 2am.  That means we roll back the clock one hour for Sunday.  That also means you get an extra hour this weekend.

Right now, the sun is setting at about 6:40pm.  Starting Sunday, we’ll see the sun setting at around 5:40pm.

There are some people who want to extend daylight savings all year long.  As you may remember, daylight savings used to end before Halloween.  Now it ends on the first weekend of November.

Daylight Savings will return on Sunday, March 8th, as we spring forward one hour.

Do you like the tradition of changing the clocks in the fall and spring, or would you prefer to extend daylight savings all year long?  Let us know in the comments or share on social media.
