So you want to run for City Council?
You can go to City Hall to pickup a CD with the Digital Candidate Qualifying Handbook. Basically a bunch of PDF files with instructions, rules, and laws guiding the election process.
We were curious why this information wasn’t just posted on the city’s website, but decided to publish the entire handbook as a service to the community. (Besides, many newer computers don’t even have CD-ROM readers anymore.)
Below you’ll find the complete electronic candidate qualifying handbook in PDF format as provided by the City of Miami Springs City Clerk’s office.
