The Hyatt Place located at 3549 LeJeune Road in Miami Springs just sold for $16,580,000. The property had previously changed hands in August of 2012 for $2,000,000. That’s an increase of 829% in just 10 years.
This hotel is located in the Abraham tract, a piece of land along LeJeune Drive that extended Miami Springs from NW 36th Street south to the railroad tracks. It also extended Miami Springs further east along South River Drive from NW 36th Street to the railroad tracks. Miami Springs annexed this area back in the late ’90s and it has generally been positive for all parties involved.
