The City of Miami Springs will hold a Zoning and Planning Meeting today at 6:30pm. The main topic of discussion will be the new proposed 98,348 square foot development with a 50,876 sq ft parking garage planned for the 48,475 sq ft parcel of land located at 1 Curtiss Parkway.
We had shared sample renderings of what the final building may look like. Some folks had mentioned they had seen a different “look.” Here’s what we were able to find.
The following picture depicts Curtiss Parkway as you enter from Hialeah. It’s an older look as the property on the right has been renovated by the Apple Dental Group. Nevertheless, it gives you an idea of the size of the building and the apartments that will overlook Curtiss Parkway.
The following picture shows the same angle as it appeared on Sunday, March 31st.
The following image depicts the same angle, but without the adjoining streetscape and neighboring buildings.
This is the current view of 1 Curtiss Parkway showing the Sabores Restaurant and Lounge.
Below are the latest renderings of the project including the parking garage. Please share and let us know what you think? Do you like the idea of 51 apartments going downtown? Do you think there will be enough parking?
