Donald J. Trump has won the presidency.
The first candidate to secure 270 electoral votes wins the White House. That candidate was Donald Trump. Take a look at the states that gave Trump the 270 vote majority:

Meanwhile, Michigan, Wisconsin, Arizona, and Nevada are all leaning towards Trump, but still have too many votes precincts pending to be officially called. However, with Trump already securing 270 electoral college votes, it’s a mute point. Trump will be the 47th President of the United States. The pending votes will only tell us the size of Trump’s victory, but won’t change the outcome.
