WPLG Local 10 is reporting that an 18-year-old Miami Springs Senior high student was arrested for allegedly raping a 15 year old victim. According to the report, the alleged rapist was identified as Jimmy Boatwright and was charged with “lewd and lascivious battery on a minor and sexual battery of a minor by an adult.”
According to the report, the victim had previously engaged in consensual oral sex before, but that Boatwright allegedly “raped her while on school grounds.”
