UPDATE: NOVEMBER 2, 2021: According to the City of Miami Springs, Steven Anthony Anello, the missing 24 year old autistic adult, has been located tonight safe and sound. He is reportedly reuniting with his family. Special thanks to everyone who helped locate and reunite Mr. Anello with his family.
Steven Anthony Anello, 24, is an autistic adult who went missing yesterday. Anello is described as a white male, 5 feet 9 inches tall, and approximately 160 pounds. Anello wears braces, has brown hair, and green eyes.
He was last seen wearing a gray hooded sweater, black jeans, white Nike sneakers and carrying a blue bookbag.
Anello has Autism. He is functional, and verbal and resides at 589 Lavilla Dr., Miami Springs.
Anello was discovered missing from his room by a family friend/caretaker, at about 10pm last night. Home surveillance video showed Anello leaving from the rear yard at approximately 2pm. Anello’s phone was last pinging at 7270 NW 12 St., Miami Fl., on 10/31/2021, at 9:32 pm but is currently off.
