Join us for the inaugural “Bark For Life” event on Saturday October 22nd, 2011 from 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. at the Miami Springs Dog Park!
Bark For Life is an American Cancer Society Relay For Life event that honors the caregiving qualities of all canine companions. With nearly 75 million dogs in the United States, Bark for Life honors dogs as survivors of their own battle with cancer, dogs who have lost their battle to cancer, and dogs who share their love and companionship with their owners who are cancer survivors.
All dogs, doggy parents and guests are invited to join this spectacular event! The morning will begin with registration from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. A registration fee of $20 per dog includes participation in the Relay walk, contests, doggy basket raffles, other activities and a Bark For Life doggy gift. Refreshments, hot dogs, baked goods and homemade dog treats will be available to purchase during the event.

– Longest Tail Contest
– Shortest Tail Contest
– Owner/Pet Look Alike Contest
– Best Halloween Costume Contest
– Best Trick Contest
