We are thrilled to share the exciting news that the Miami Springs Middle School Coding and Animation Magnet Program has been recognized as a 2023 Magnet Schools of America Top School of Excellence! This is a huge accomplishment for MSMS being 1 of the 26 Schools of Excellence and 1 of the 6 Top-Performing Magnet School Merit Award winners. We couldn’t be more proud of the students, teachers, and staff.
The Magnet Schools of America Top School of Excellence award is one of the highest honors in the country and recognizes outstanding magnet schools that demonstrate a strong commitment to academic excellence, equity, and diversity. The Coding and Animation Magnet Program is one of only a few schools in the nation to receive this recognition, and we are proud of MSMS to be in such esteemed company.
The Miami Springs Middle School’s Coding and Animation Magnet Program is dedicated to providing students with a cutting-edge education that prepares them for success in the 21st century. The program combines rigorous academics with hands-on, project-based learning, giving students the opportunity to develop their coding and animation skills while also honing their critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
The students are constantly pushing the boundaries of what is possible in the fields of coding and animation, and the teachers are dedicated to providing a supportive and inclusive learning environment that helps each student reach their full potential. We are also thanking the support of our community, including parents, community partners, and local businesses, who play a crucial role in providing the students with the resources they need to succeed.
