It’s that time of year again – READ ACROSS AMERICA & Dr. Seuss Week – and the students at AIE Elementary are getting in on the fun! This annual event, held in honor of the beloved children’s author Dr. Seuss, is a nationwide celebration of reading and literacy.
At AIE Elementary, students are eagerly diving into their favorite Dr. Seuss books and participating in a variety of engaging activities, such as storybook character dress-up days, classroom reading challenges, and more.
Not only is this week a blast for the students, but it also reinforces the importance of reading and learning in their young minds. Studies have shown that early exposure to books and reading can have a significant impact on a child’s academic success and overall development.
