Runners came out in full force to support the SebastianStrong Foundation’s 2nd annual 5k for the cure.  The event held Saturday, November 10th at the beautiful Curtiss Mansion and a course that included the gorgeous Miami Springs Golf Course, is a fundraiser to help find more targeted, less toxic cures for pediatric cancer.

Here’s the message SebastianStrong founder, Rose Ortiz, posted to social media:

“Thanks to all who participated in the 2nd Annual SebastianStrong 5K in Miami Springs, FL on November 10th. It was a great event and we are so humbled by the outpouring of love and support. Please visit http://bit.ly/5KPictures2018 to view pictures from the event and http://bit.ly/2018RaceTimes for race results.

A huge thank you to the all our Miami Springs neighbors, business owners, government officials, and police department for your continued support. To the Curtiss Mansion – we can’t thank you enough for allowing us to host this event there for 2 years in a row!

To all our amazing sponsors – we COULD NOT DO THIS WITHOUT YOU!!!”  – ROSE ORTIZ

Mother nature shined upon all the runners and volunteers with a beautiful morning and cloudless skies.
