Miami Springs city council approved a special election set for April 8th required to sell a small 10,299 square feet section of the golf course on Eldron Drive adjacent to the old James Medical Clinic property. The parcel of land in question is currently part of a parking lot.
Editor`s NOTE: – The approval of the sale is important as the new owners want to build a 110 room hotel on the property. A new hotel would be a positive step in improving the blighted Eldron Drive area.
